Rainbow Fish Stacking & Nesting Cubes

Welcome to the sparkling underwater world of The Rainbow Fish. This set of 10 stacking and nesting cubes brings the classic story to life with colorful sea-creature scenes and glittering scale details that catch little eyes. Designed for children 12 months and up, it’s an engaging way to combine play with early learning.

Each cube shows a number from 1 through 10, with pictures that help children connect symbols to quantities. Toddlers can build a tall stacking tower, then knock it down and start again, practicing balance and coordination as they go. Lining the cubes up from largest to smallest also helps children notice size relationships and understand simple proportions.

There are lots of ways to play: stack all ten, build a small scene with the different sizes, or use the illustrated sides to talk about what you see in the ocean. The undersea motif encourages storytelling and simple back-and-forth conversation, turning playtime into shared moments.

Because the cubes nest inside one another, cleanup is fast and storage is compact. That means less clutter and an easy-to-grab activity for playrooms, classrooms, or visiting grandparents.

Made from sturdy paper/cardboard, the cubes are lightweight for little hands. As children grasp, place, and stack the boxes, they practice fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and concentration through repeatable, screen-free play.

If you’re shopping for toddler learning toys, learning toys, or counting toys that feel warm and imaginative, these Rainbow Fish stacking blocks offer a playful way to explore numbers, sequencing, and storytelling in one set.
