Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your product, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@vikrn.com as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
All orders worldwide typically arrive in 7–12 business days. All orders include free tracked shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your package in real time. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 100 countries, all with free tracked shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties in your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account.
Product Questions
Are VIKRN helmets DOT approved?
VIKRN helmets are novelty/display items and are not DOT-approved safety helmets. They are not intended for use as primary protective equipment while riding a motorcycle.
What batteries do the helmets use?
The helmet uses 4x AA batteries (not included). The remote uses 1x AAA battery. Battery life is approximately 8 hours of use.
What is covered under the 5-Year Warranty?
Our 5-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
