VIKRN offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all products from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied for any reason — including change of mind — contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a full refund.

Item Condition

We accept returns of items that are new or only slightly used, provided they're returned within the 30-day window with all original parts. Items should be sent back in a way that keeps them protected in transit.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@vikrn.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 1 business day with the return address and simple instructions. All returns are handled by mail.

Do not ship items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping & Fees

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service so your parcel can be traced. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong product, contact us and we'll cover the return shipping. Either way, we never charge a restocking fee.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange over a refund, we're happy to arrange that. Just let us know when you contact us.
