Shipping policy
Every VIKRN order ships free within the United States. No minimum order, no hidden fees. We believe premium gear should arrive at your door without surprises.
Free U.S. Shipping
All orders qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order value. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Once your order is placed, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days, and transit within the U.S. typically takes another 4–8 business days — so most orders arrive within 6–10 business days of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything in our power to meet estimated delivery windows, VIKRN cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions or high-volume periods
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, contact us at support@vikrn.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
