How to Start a Return
Email us at support@vikrn.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Do not ship items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
For defective products, wrong items, or delivery damage — VIKRN covers all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange over a refund, we're happy to arrange that. Just let us know when you contact us.
